Hello! I primarily focus on offering 121 sessions of Sivananda Hatha yoga. I focus 100% of my attention and energy on one person. This enables me to tailor sessions to uniquely suit my clients wants and needs.
Yoga is a powerful tool not only for physical fitness, but also for coping with the demands of day-to-day life both mentally and physically. It is easy to fall into a pattern of self-neglect where there is not enough time in the day. A regular yoga practice will not only help you survive, it will allow you to thrive.
