With over 240 installations in the UK and Europe, we supply both industrial flake and chip ice machines to most food production environments. Not only do we sell industrial flake and chip ice machines, but also offer rental units that are delivered and set up by our own skilled engineers – usually within a few days of an order being placed.Our aftermarket division offers industry leading service and support that is both quick to respond, and proactive when it comes to annual servicing. Being an ice machine manufacturer as well as supplier allows us to offer help and support with using your machine like no other company can. We understand the full ins and outs of every machine we sell or rent. Ice Systems will always consider part exchange of redundant ice machines, and we often rebuild in-house to offer as a cheaper alternative. As the leading industrial machine manufacturer, we strive to offer an industry leading sales, service and support package. What we do is simple: deliver reliable machines and a support infrastructure that customers can completely rely on. Most food producers or processors, be it fish or the bakery sector, have many variables and require ice as part of what they do. We have references in all sectors, and these can be supplied upon request. Keeping our customers happy is our main commitment. Our dedicated team has more than 30 years of combined experience in the refrigeration and industrial ice machine manufacturing sector. Not only do we outsource components and build machines, but we also have our own design and build capability at our facility in Grimsby, UK. On average, we have between 20 and 30 machines (of various capacities) in stock, all available for quick delivery.
