Having started his career, within the Cemeteries and Crematorium service, for Harrogate Borough Council in the 80s. Neil in 1993 became the Bereavement Services and Welfare Funeral Manager for the City of York Council. Before starting up his own Funeral service in Hookstone Chase Harrogate.
