For twenty-two years I lived with psoriasis, disordered eating and IBS.The strong steroid medications prescribed for my psoriasis gave me an insatiable appetite, and caused me to be almost 5 stone overweight (70 lbs or 32kg).For most of my life I have battled a toxic and harmful inner critic, undermining my every effort to get ahead in life.To overcome these challenges I used bespoke hypnotherapy sessions to assist in my recovery, and have developed specialist mental imagery and mind movie methods to turbo charge results.I'm trained in EFT and EFT matrix reimprinting.I am passionate about helping others resolve seemingly intractable problemsWhilst this is my business it is also my passion.
