Observatory the Opticians in Haverhill was the runner-up for the UK's Best Family Optician award as well as Optometrist of the Year. We are a locally owned & independent optician, known for our five-star customer service. We hand-edit the frames that we think our customers will love, mixing our collection with an emphasis on fashion and quality at all price points. Our brands include Ray-Ban, Ted Baker, Silhouette, Polo Ralph Lauren and Joules.
We accept NHS patients.
Our eye tests are relaxed, with time to ask questions. We have the latest technology available including an Optical Coherence Tomographer (OCT), which is like an MRI for your eyes and can detect changes years before you notice any symptoms. We specialise in varifocals.
Observatory also offer audiology services including free hearing tests, ear wax removal and hearing aids.
