Each of us has an energy system that is inextricably linked via the main energetic centres, (chakras), of the body, to the infinite vastness that IS the Universe. During a healing this is accessed, meaning trauma, unexpressed grief, belief patterns that are no longer useful and anything else that is ready to be released, can be. This creates space for deeper expression of who somebody truly is, ultimately coming from a firm foundation of Universal Love. Boundaries become clearer, saying No becomes easier and, a healthier Balance of Life comes about, as intuition has more 'space' to be listened to, and heard.
