I provide a special therapeutic relationship where you will not be judged, but where you will be shown the respect, empathy and understanding in order to truly express and understand yourself.
With the support of a skilled and effective counsellor, you can begin to understand your feelings, situations and relationships in a new way and that you will then begin to find the strength to make things better for yourself; to come up with your own solutions for things that you previously felt were unmanageable.
