I m Gianluca, a psychotherapist based in Horsham, West Sussex. I work with adults in individual and group therapy, using a relational, depth-oriented approach grounded in Transactional Analysis one that is non-pathologising and deeply human. I work with a wide range of life experiences, including anxiety, depression, identity, relationships, childhood trauma, and the lasting effects of undiagnosed neurodivergence.
