We will send you a courier approved laptop carton, which will arrive the next working day. For this we charge £29.95. (At this point you can keep the box, and enjoy it, but we admit that's an expensive way to buy a box so we hope you will continue to step3) 3. Follow the instructions in the box, and a courier will collect your laptop from your office or home 4. When it arrives at our workshop, we inspect it and will aim to provide a quotation for the work within 24 hours. Your quotation includes £29.95 discounted for the amount that you have already paid. Most importantly, your quotation includes a guaranteed return date. 5. If you do not want us to proceed, the machine is returned immediately in the carton at no extra charge. 6. If you wish us to proceed with the repair, it will be carried out in the time scale specified and returned to you in the carton safe and sound. All our repairs are fully guaranteed for parts and labour. Trade Facilities. To offer a complete service to your clients, an "out of warranty" repair service is essential. We have the expertise to quickly and economically repair your customer's machines on your behalf. Whether it is a machine failure, or accidental damage, our service guarantees you peace of mind in making promises to your customers. We understand that when you made a promise to your client your company name and reputation is in our hands, with Laptop Hut you can relax....When we set up your service, we issue a Laptop Hut manual containing all the information you and your customer need. We also supply courier approved transit boxes to ensure the safe journey of the machine. It is also nice to present the machine back to the customer in this packaging. When your customer brings their machine to you, our forms record all the detail we need to proceed. You will have a priority line to our collection line to arrange same day collection of the machine...Your repair is entered immediately onto our tracking database, which traces the repair from this point on. On receipt, we endeavour to make your quotation on the same day. You will be informed of the details and cost immediately. Most importantly you will be informed of the time scale. This is never an estimate, but a cast iron guarantee. If your client refuses the quotation, the machine is returned at no cost to your premises. If they agree to proceed, their machine will arrive repaired, cleaned and ready to go, on the date specified on the quotation. All repairs carry a 90-day warranty on labour, and up to 12 months for parts fitted depending on the manufacturer.
