Today's KC Caviar is still produced using the "No Kill" ethical and sustainable process and is available in a range of sizes from 15gm to 250gm tins. KC Caviar does not contain Borax or other additives, simply salt. The clean fresh appearance and taste is due to the process we use to rinse the eggs for 30mins in total, before we dry, sprinkle with salt and then pack.
