Mr. Fischer is licensed to practice law in Nevada state and federal court. His primary practice areas are workers' compensation, personal injury, criminal defense and alternative dispute resolution. During Law School Mr. Fischer was a member the Tulsa Journal of International and Comparative Law. Also, he was initiated in to the International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi. Mr. Fischer spent his third of law school attending Pepperdine University's College of Law, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution earning a Master Degree in Dispute Resolution. At Pepperdine Law Mr. Fischer clerked for a full-time settlement judge in the Los Angeles Superior Court where he gained valuable insights in to the complexities of mediating settlement negotiations. Also, Mr. Fischer had the opportunity to conduct numerous court-ordered mediations for the Los Angeles court system. Prior to law school Mr. Fischer was on active duty with U.S. Navy for five years as a Hospital Corpsman serving with the Fleet Marine Force. He was stationed on Okinawa and in Yuma, Arizona. Also, Mr. Fischer served in the Army National Guard for approximately three years. While in the Army National Guard and after completing his undergraduate education at Southern Utah University Mr. Fischer earned an Army Reserve commission. In his free time Mr. Fischer enjoys reading, running and spending time with his wife and three children. Most recently Mr. Fischer completed the Las Vegas Marathon for the second time.
