Dan started his accounting career with McGladrey & Pullen, LLP in 1982 and became a tax partner with that firm before he left in 2004 to start his own firm. He was a lead specialist for McGladrey & Pullen, LLP and RSM McGladrey, Inc. in the estate and gift tax planning areas. He specializes in income and estate tax planning and representing taxpayers before the IRS. Dan has spoken around the country on estate planning and asset protection. Because of the expertise he has developed in estate and gift tax planning, numerous attorneys and accountants have called upon him seeking his professional advice. He has served as an expert witness in estate and trust matters and has been appointed as Special Master to the court in Clark County, Nevada.
