In 1949, George I. LaRose, after being trained by Wilbur W. Person and having attended insurance school and on-the-job training under the G.I. Bill, founded the George I. LaRose Insurance Agency at 190 South First Street, Lehighton.In 1971, Loren G. LaRose became associated with his father's business after graduating from Muhlenberg College.In May 1977 they purchased the Andreas Insurance Agency in Palmerton, which Loren manages.In January 1978 they formed George I. LaRose Insurance, Ltd. with George I. LaRose - President, Loren G. LaRose - Treasurer and Lillian M.
