My Solution Wellbeing counselling Nottingham empowers people to change their lives. We are a Wellbeing Counselling service for Adults and children . We offer support around relationship counselling Stress, Anxiety, Bereavement, Trauma, Abuse, and Depression counselling We work with schools, businesses, council boroughs and community groups across the Midlands. We offer mindfulness, wellbeing and yoga classes in GP / Dental surgeries as well as corporate businesses and in the community. We also hold community workshops in and around Nottingham & Nottinghamshire supporting people with stress anxiety mindfulness and depression as well as learning new coping tools for self regulating emotions for adults and children.
