We understand that such damage can be of particular concern, especially at a point of sale and the need for prompt service. We will liase with your insurers/loss adjuster to facilitate the smooth running of your claim and keep you fully informed of the actions being undertaken. These are often required following a point of sale or remortgage valuation survey. You or your client may have become aware of damage yourself and require professional advice. Common problems include; cracking/bulging of walls, sloping floors, distortions, roof problems, rot or damp etc. We can offer a fully independent service to you or your Clients. We understand the need for prompt service, especially at a point of sale and will normally issue reports within 3 working days from receipt of instruction. We will fully explain our findings and advise you on what further steps need to be taken during our visit. This will be followed up by our report setting out our findings in an easy to read, jargon free layout. We provide coverage for Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, North Bucks, North Beds and South Lincs. Fees - we have a standard scale of charges.
