Providing a complete HIP solution was a natural extension of our search business. Quite simply local network members provide the various HIP components with PSG providing the searches. Each member including PSG uploads their component parts into the system PSG then convert this into a HIP. A HIP could be requested by a solicitor, an estate agent, or even a home inspector using our web based ordering and tracking system. You choose which local members you would like to provide the components you need. The HIP is produced to your specification (either branded or dual branded) and delivered by whatever means best suits you (email, post or in person). It is that simple. You choose who you work with, allowing you to nurture existing relationships or establish new ones, and because every member is a local property professional you can be sure of first class personal service.
