At Unity Lives we understand the importance of truly person centered support and endeavor to co-create every package with the individual accessing the service and their significant others. We co-create and deliver packages of care for adults of varying needs and complexities and support is tailored to individual needs and in line with care needs assessment. Commissioned support times may vary dependent upon individuals needs, capacity, independence and packages can vary from 2hrs to 24 hours per day.
Support is delivered by our Unity teams of senior support and support workers, who are all trained to the highest standards to give exceptional care and support. Unity Lives prides itself on being a smaller organization that maintains a personalized approach and creates environments in which everyone has a voice and contributes.
