Hi, I'm Kelly, a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Llandudno, North Wales. I hold MSc degrees in Forensic Psychology and Counselling, with over a decade of experience in mental health, including private practice and the NHS.
I specialise in anxiety and neurodiversity but have worked with a variety of issues, including depression, coping with stress and ADHD, self-harm and sucidial feelings. I use an integrative approach, blending psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and person-centred methods to offer personalised care and work towards your goals.
