Academy Sport features a fantastic range of sports and leisure facilities to help the local community enjoy staying active. These facilities include a sports hall, a new fully-floodlit 3G football pitch, a multi-use games area, recently refurbished changing facilities and even a beach volleyball area! There really is something for everyone at Academy Sport.

We’ve got a four-court sports hall that you’ll be able to enjoy sports such as badminton, volleyball, indoor football, tennis, netball, basketball and many more.

We have two tarmac surface outdoor courts here at Academy Sport. Court six is basketball specific, while court seven can host both tennis and netball bookings. They’re both floodlit and protected from the elements.

The pitch is perfect for practice, having a kick about with friends or for playing proper teams. It is designed for eight-a-side games, but can be split into three for five-a-side matches as well, or two six-a-side pitches.

Academy Sport is unusual in having its own beach volleyball area. This is available to hire to all members.

This purpose-built Parkour area provides the perfect place for people to practice their skills in a safe but still challenging environment.
