Alex is a qualified English solicitor with a sound knowledge and understanding of the aviation industry derived from his 25 plus years in the industry initially as an aviation underwriter at a leading City of London aviation insurer and then as an aviation solicitor at various international law firms.
Alex has acted for international and domestic airlines, aircraft leasing companies, general aviation aircraft owners and operators, aircraft manufacturers, ground handlers, aviation trade associations, travel agents, freight forwarders, general sales agents, aircraft spares providers, aviation insurers and brokers and has experience in relation to both fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft, in relation to both domestic and international disputes.
Alex has substantial experience of domestic and international dispute resolution, having litigated and arbitrated in a myriad of countries in Africa, North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
