My name is Sam Wasserstrum, I am the owner and founder of Certs Direct Ltd.
I launched Certs Direct after having previously worked in Property management, Lettings, and Maintenance I had the opportunity to first handedly experience the constant struggles of damage disputes between tenants and landlords as well as the struggles of letting out properties without a Floor-plan presented online for the consumer to view.
At Certs Direct we are passionate about delivering our services on time and understand the difference between a high quality report and a low quality report, and what the potential loses could be for landlords when reports are not accurate.
