We're Honest Burgers. We set out to do burgers a bit differently. Our burgers are made daily, in our own butchery, with great British beef, and our famous rosemary chips are cut and cooked daily, never frozen. We love local, and at Honest Burgers Dalston we have our own exclusive local burger, packed full of Rib Man rib meat and Holy F*** mayo, alongside some great local beers from the nearby 40FT Brewery. Plus there's a new special burger every month, inspired by local food heroes and the stories they have to tell.
