If you'd like to learn how to cook some great crepes, Italian Pancakes this is the right workshop in London for you! From prep to service, you will be learning how to create delicious Italian Crepes. Discover the Italian pancake making process from batter making to folding, and learn how to make your own amazing crepes.

Our crepe workshop is ideal for those who have always dreamed of being able to flip a crêpe like a professional, or who wants to impress their guests at home. After this workshop, you'll be feeling like a great cook in no time!

During this cooking class, our cuisine Chef, who has worked in the most prestigious creperies (pancake restaurants) in Italy and France, will pass on their love of cuisine to you.
There’s a lot to learn about crêpes but we will teach you all very easily.
In the space of 2 hours, you will learn how to make Italian style crêpes and perfect crepe batter and you will learn how to successfully cook and fold crepes. Crepes topped with your favourite Italian ingredients will be amazing you!
how to prepare the batter
tricks to cook with a pan (not so easy!)
the fillings (sugar, jam, homemade chocolate, salted butter caramel and egg, ham, cheese and much more)
and how to combine toppings
you’ll be sent the recipes after class, so you can continue to recreate the magic at home.
We teach all of this during our fun, carefully structured classes & courses, while incorporating love, enthusiasm and a relaxed, fun atmosphere.
Veggie, vegan or have a specific dietary requirement? All of our classes are easily adaptable and our list of ingredient swaps will be sent to you after booking.
We also do private and corporate classes in our kitchen as well as larger kitchens across London.

***This is an adult workshop class and unfortunately not suitable for children under the age of 15 years. Those aged between 15-17 must be supervised by an adult for the whole duration of the lesson. ***The duration of the workshop includes the teaching time as well as the time taken to enjoy eating what you have made. ***Only paid guests who are actively taking part in a cookery lesson are permitted to join the workshop.
