For as far back as I can remember I always felt like there was an invisible, impenetrable barrier in my life. Despite having had a successful career in the charity sector, I felt like a fraud for many years. I held limiting beliefs about myself, resulting in anxiety, depression, addictions and self-sabotage. These thoughts and feelings held me back in all aspects of my life and impacted my happiness and well-being.
