I've had a daily yoga practice since 2007 and have been teaching since 2011. I'm Authorised to teach the Ashtanga Yoga method from KPJAYI Mysore, India; hold a 500hr Yoga Alliance teaching certification and a Diploma in Yoga Therapy from Yoga Campus. I teach Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga classes at Astanga Yoga London and Triyoga, Chelsea two of London's top yoga studios. I also teach one to one yoga classes for those preferring a more individual yoga experience either in the comfort of their own home or at Astanga Yoga London. Private yoga classes are a great way to get started if your anxious about attending a yoga studio, are short of time; or to address a specific injury or health concern.
I run yoga retreats both in the UK and abroad. Yoga retreats are a great way to deepen your yoga practice, get inspired and connect with other like minded individuals. All of my retreats are deliberately kept small to ensure lots of individual attention; in a friendly and relaxed setting.
