The helpline adviser can provide straight forward advice and information and can also signpost clients to a service in their immediate area. For those under the care of St. Bartholomew's Hospital, Whipps Cross Hospital, Royal London Hospital, Homerton hospital and Newham University Hospital, complex enquiries can be referred on to the Welfare Rights caseworkers based at each. The service is free, impartial and confidential.
