I believe that everyone is an individual who requires a tailored personal training programme to achieve their goals. After years of research, I decided to partner up with a qualified STT therapist who is currently undertaking a ‘master’s degree’ in osteopathy through a recognised university in London. Through this partnership, I can offer a whole body assessment giving my clients the very best for their money.
At Optimum Fitness Personal Training and Injury Prevention, you will benefit from dedicated one-to-one dynamic sessions with your personal trainer that will allow you to focus on - your results!. We will conduct an initial physical analysis to create a regime specifically tailored for you, taking into account your current fitness levels (any injuries you may have) limitations and your nutrition. You will then be guided through an entire programme of health and fitness development, which includes your training both inside and outside the gym, your diet and your lifestyle, complemented by our outstanding support services.
