Started working as a personal trainer in a health club setting in 2006 and registered as self-employed in 2008.
Experience in working one-on-one with clients aiming towards strength, physical development, fatloss, fitness, sports conditioning, mobility and general wellbeing, flexibility and much more.
Personally use exercise to keep injury free and mobile to enjoy playing football, run mid-long distances as a meditation and use cold exposure with breathing exercises to boost energy levels, recovery from activity and health. Corrective exercise and posture work also keeps me able to perform my work to the best of my ability.
Now, for a small list of clients in London, I plan out every training session that I spend with them for the single session or cycle of training sessions they may be going through aimed at the long term goals.
