About

As so many Texans say, "I wasn't born here, but I got here as fast as I could!" I consider myself a Longview-native, having lived here since the age of three. I graduated from Longview High School in 1996 and earned my Bachelor of Arts in political science with a minor in Bible from Abilene Christian University. I received my Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2003 and was admitted to practice law in the state of Texas that same year. I have practiced law in Longview since 2003, and I opened my own law practice in February 2005. In 2007, I completed my training to serve as mediator in civil cases, family law cases, and cases involving Child Protective Services. Children are my passion, therefore, I have built a family law practice that focuses on protecting children through the legal process. Whether you're seeking to establish paternity, going through a divorce, or back in court for custody and/or child support matters, I will do the best I can to help you achieve a result that you are pleased with and that is in the best interest of your children. Through the process, my loyalty is to you, my client, but I will challenge you to remember that your first loyalty is to your children.ASSOCIATIONGregg County Bar Association (2003-Present), Treasurer (2008-2009)
