We are open 8 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday, and 10 am to 6 pm Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holidays. Outside of these times, there is always someone available 24/7 to take your call.
We will return phone calls the same day if received by 2 pm. We will reply to an email the same day if received by 3 pm.
We will reply to any letters you send us within three working days.
Express Solicitors endeavours to consistently provide excellent customer service. However, as a growing national firm of solicitors, it has realised that occasionally inconsistency's with our service standards may occur. If you feel as though our four service promises have not been kept to with your claim, it is essential that you let us know as soon as possible so that we can rectify any issues.
