We are Improving Young Lives, an Alternative Provision offering a bespoke service to secondary schools, primary schools, and the local authority. Our highly experienced members of staff specialise in offering a 1-2-1 service, tailored to the individuals needs for maximum progression. We build a trusting partnership with our pupils ensuring they feel safe, acknowledged, valued and most importantly, equal. Our bespoke service begins with a home visit from our directors. We strongly believe in the importance of personal touch and having direct communication with our pupils and their families. We then spend quality time with our pupils in their first week getting to know them, ensuring we place them with a perfectly suited mentor.
