This restaurant is now closed. We serve up delicious dishes full of seasonal flavour and a variety of drinks including local cask ales, and all of your bottled favourites. So come along, make yourself at home, and let the team look after you. The George & Dragon, Marlow - Whitbread Inns pub & restaurant - boasts a very close neighbour, the River Thames, less than 100 metres from our front door. So it's no wonder much of Marlow's sporting heritage is linked to its world famous rowing club, founded in 1871. It was the pull for one of the world's greatest oarsman, Sir Steve Redgrave.
