Vasil and Mark knew that they worked well together, and wanted to direct their talents toward helping injured workers and their families. In March 1997, Vasil and Mark added Eric Pearson to their firm. Jonathan Koutcher joined in September of that year. Later, the firm name changed to Schmidt, Kirifides, Pearson & Koutcher.
