We can also find developers to purchase your site subject to planning, the developer will apply for planning at their expense then purchase the site once planning is granted.

The Land Team UK also offer a site finder service. We offer two services in this area.
1. We can introduce sites on an ad hoc basis as and when we get them.
2. For an agreed fee we can specifically approach all potential sites in a certain area, this is the most effective way of securing off market sites, we can build a site finding service around your current land requirements.
