Our Biltong is made using only the highest quality, British grass fed, free range beef. The cows have a proper cows life, grazing only on fresh and delicious grass, and are free to roam with the sun (ok, ok I use the word sun loosely, this is the UK after all!) on their backs.
Boerewors is made using only the absolute best cuts of meat (no mechanically reclaimed, off cuts etc.) and a proven award winning recipe.
Our Boerewors is 100% Meat! No bread or rusk filler its also Gluten, MSG and preservative free.
