Nuffield Health Plymouth Gym opened in July 2008, originally known as Cannons Gym before joining Nuffield Health. As part of the UK’s largest healthcare charity, we’re proud to offer more than just a gym. Our facilities include a fully equipped fitness suite, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and our recently reopened spa jacuzzi. We also provide a wide range of group exercise classes, including popular Les Mills programmes, physiotherapy, personal training, and adult swimming lessons. As an adults-only club (16+), we offer a calm, focused environment designed to help you relax, recharge, and reach your health and fitness goals in central Plymouth.
