I am a specialist solicitor with a wide experience representing drivers in the police station, Magistrates’ Courts and the Crown Court.

In 2015 I set up Stephen Oldham Solicitors. It is a different type of firm enabled by technology and by new ways of working in the justice system.

I aim personally to deal with everything in a case from the first enquiry to the final court hearing.
I don’t have expensive offices or staff. Just a laptop and my mobile phone and me. All of this frees me up to spend the maximum amount of time with the people that I represent. I can also be sure that the quality of everything that I do is right. My clients know that every email, every phone call and every court hearing has been covered by an experienced solicitor.
