Information and communication are vital to successful career placement; therefore we prepare employer and candidate profiles, preferred and essential requirements, full job description and employer brochures, literature. Our clients are required to give all temporary personnel, induction, training and employment conditions in-line with their own employees including disciplinary procedures for longer term temporary employees. Whenever possible our consultant will visit our clients to assess their working environment, culture etc. which assists greatly in temporary selection.
