Dear Sir/ Madam, Our Ref: POT59241 - Misuse of protected title by this business The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is the statutory regulator of 16 professions, including Chiropodists. We have a legal duty to protect one or more titles for each of the professions we regulate and anyone using one of these titles must be registered with us in order to do so. It is a criminal offence to use the titles that HCPC protects without being registered with the HCPC. The above individual is not registered with HCPC and therefore, cannot be listed under Chiropody/ Chiropodist section.
