Ric Mash PT was launched in 2012 and has developed over the years to promote the importance of exercise and the positive effects it can have on all areas of our fitness (physical/mental) and health and wellbeing. In the last few years we have opened up our own private facility which allows clients of all ages and abilities to train in a more relaxed setting which has given them a chance to develop their fitness levels and gain confidence in their ability without the pressure of others looking on.
Our Services include:
PERSONAL COACHING (PC), which takes a hollistic approach to fitness, exercise and wellbeing for greater long term benefits. PC focuses on developing exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes and packages are tailored to every individual's needs.
CIRCUITS and SOCIAL is an exercise only based approach taking the form of classes although 1 to 1's are availble on request.
PRIVATE GYM HIRE allows clients to train in our fully equipped gym at times to suit them.
