In late 2014 Mr Sarma Franklyn Director of Competent Couriers set out his objectives to provide an efficient and cost effective solution for businesses and private individuals to transport their goods rapidly and securely.
Starting with just two vans, the business soon started to grow as regular customers, relied on the company as an important part of their supply chain. Applying the same high standards and work ethic, numerous new customers began to take advantage of our services and we continually expanded at a steady rate.
Utilising more than fifteen years in the transport and logistics sector, we are an ever evolving company that has their finger on the pulse in order to adapt to ever changing market conditions. We use the latest tracking technology to make sure we are able to locate drivers, freight and vehicles at all times not to mention we also have cameras fitted to our entire fleet to ensure security is always a priority.
We continue to develop our strategies and partner with a network of suppliers in order to maintain the high standards expected by our customers. Same Day, Next Day and Standard Deliveries (typically 2-3 working days) are all available via either a drop off or collection service. We are able to provide Same day to UK mainland and Next Day for Highlands and Islands.
