Oxford Employment Law Solicitors was founded in 2002 by Marty Burn, a graduate of Balliol College, Oxford University. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, he is an accredited mediator and a Notary Public. Justin Godbolt joined Oxford Employment Law Solicitors in 2003, one year after it was founded. Justin is a graduate of Bristol University and studied the Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Justin is a specialist employment lawyer, but has a background in company and commercial law and still advises on these areas. We aim to provide practical & cost effect advice to both employers and employees.
