Hi, my names Ben Banbury, the owner of Primal Bootcamps I've been a personal trainer for 5 years and in that time I've helped hundreds of busy parents get fitter, healthier and I think most importantly, realise that exercise can be fun! I primarily work with busy, career-driven parents who struggle to find time to train due to their manic schedules I offer mobile personal training or Bootcamps to help my clients achieve their fitness goals
