My name is Caroline Hinke and I am a Personal Trainer, also qualified in pre/post natal exercise, based in Midgham, Berkshire. I have a young daughter and understand the difficulties in fitting exercise into a busy lifestyle, particularly if you don't enjoy it or you're not seeing the benefit. My goal is to make exercise enjoyable and rewarding so it's no longer a chore but becomes part of everyday life. I am passionate about helping people to become more active and reap the many rewards that regular exercise will bring. I am motivating, flexible and approachable and am dedicated to helping clients work through barriers to achieve that healthy lifestyle. You can use my home gym for your sessions, I can come to you or we can head out to the nearest park!
