Baby massage is a beautiful practice, used for thousands of years in many cultures. Deepening the bonds and attachment between babies and parents, promoting brain development, helping baby sleep and relieving many health issues, eg colic and constipation.
Calmer Stories promotes wellness and inner peace, story telling through massage, yoga, mindfulness and breathing techniques, for children (2-11 yo) and their families to enjoy the present and the future. Building bonds with others and also deepening the connection with ourselves for positive self esteem and strong mental health.
My variety of free, social and wellness events provide opportunities to try new things, bond as a family and make positive connections with ourselves and others.
