The Chiefs Chicken story began when owner and founder, 'The Chief' decided to embark upon an adventure which led him through the many tropical countries of South America.
Upon his journey, he encountered many new flavors, spices and herbs that were indigenous to the Americas, Sampling some of the wildest and most flavorsome herbs and spices that ever existed, he was inspired to bring a taste of his adventures home to the UK.
After spending much time perfecting these newly learnt recipes in his own kitchen, he found the key to replicating the incomparable tastes of South America and a revolution of original flavor chicken, burgers and wraps was inevitable. Chiefs Chicken was born!
This same flavoring still forms the base of our famed Chiefs Chicken meals to this very day. Our secret recipe has kept our customers wanting more and anyone lucky enough to sample these unique flavors has soon found themselves hooked towards our new concept of food.
