Based near Rochester in Kent we undertake architectural design and planning application work throughout Kent, Sussex and South London. We design extensions, loft coversions, new build houses, blocks of flats, commercial building conversions to flats and other uses. We prepare building regulations notated drawings and apply to Building Control for Full Plans Building Control apporvals.
For guidance a planning application will take either 8 weeks or 13 weeks for a major application to be determined once validated. If a pre-application enquiry is to be submitted before submitting the planing application then allow at least another month for a reply. To receive an intial response to a Full Plans Building Regulations Application we allow 3-4 weeks. A
