Newbold Comyn Leisure Centre included the construction of three new group fitness studios, including one specifically designed for group cycling, and feature a huge range of different classes. There’s also a six-lane, 25m pool, alongside a leisure pool with water slide to enjoy and a brand-new sports hall and Clip 'n Climb arena.

Our recently-opened gym includes over 100 pieces of brand-new TechnoGym cardio and resistance equipment. These include treadmills, Synchro Cross Trainers, exercise bikes, recliner bikes and Watt Bikes.

We offer a variety of different group fitness classes, so you’re sure to find one that suits you. These range from intense Bodypump, Bodycombat and group cycling classes to more relaxed yoga and Pilates sessions.

The main 25m, six-lane pool hosts our fitness and casual swimming sessions. If you want to have more fun, then our leisure pool is the place to come, thanks to its adrenaline-pumping flume.
