John was the Lawrence city prosecutor in 1977, but decided later to devote his full attention to Bankruptcy Law. John taught trial advocacy classes at KU Law School for several years and has many years of litigation experience. John Hooge received his Bachelors Degree from Ottawa University. He attended Kansas University Law School and Indiana University School of Law/Indianapolis. John also is the only lawyer in the state of Kansas to have on staff a credit counselor and budget coach to help people avoid bankruptcy and learn how to start over.
