Hello, my name is John Kirkham Herrera and I have worked in the residential recruitment market since 2015, setting up and developing the residential business of the last two companies I have worked in.
I've now taken the plunge and set up my own company, Herrera Homes, solely focused on placing personnel into residential businesses in Wales, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cumbria whether that be social, affordable or private residential new build.
Having come from an account management and logistics background I feel my main strengths follow this vein - listening and identifying the candidates and clients needs, matching up the most suitable talent in the region and seeing a job well done - not just in one instance but time and time again.
